1. Shipping options

We offer several shipping methods depending on your location and the size of your order. Available services and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. During busy seasons, transit times may be slightly longer than indicated.

2. Processing times

Most in‑stock orders ship within one business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day. If an item is temporarily unavailable or needs to ship from a different warehouse, we will notify you by email.

3. Shipping charges

Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, size, destination and the service you choose. Any current free shipping thresholds or promotions will be applied automatically at checkout and clearly highlighted before you confirm your order.

4. International orders

Where available, international shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes and import fees charged by your local authorities. These additional costs are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product prices or standard shipping charges.

5. Return eligibility

New, unused items in original, unmarked packaging are typically eligible for return within a specified period from delivery, as shown on the product page or order confirmation. Products that have been installed, modified, or damaged may not be accepted back.

6. Items that cannot be returned

Certain categories, such as electrical components or special-order items, may be non-returnable or limited to warranty replacement only. Any such restrictions will be indicated on the product page wherever possible.

7. How to start a return

To request a return, please contact our support team with your order number and the items you wish to return and the reason. We will review your request, confirm eligibility and provide detailed instructions. In some cases we may issue a return authorization number and a prepaid label.

8. Refunds and exchanges

Once returned items are received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, minus any applicable shipping fees or restocking charges. If you prefer an exchange for a different part, our team can help arrange a new order using the credit from the returned items.

9. Damaged or incorrect items

If a shipment arrives damaged or you receive the wrong part, please let us know as soon as possible and include photos of the packaging and product. We will work with you to resolve the issue quickly, which may include sending replacements or issuing a refund, depending on the situation.
